Once your payment goes through, your new puppy can be on its way to you as soon as tomorrow evening! If that doesn’t work for you, no problem—just let me know your preferred date, and we can schedule delivery for whenever you’re ready.

The moment I’ve booked the flight, I’ll send the tracking number and all the details straight to you so you can follow your puppy’s journey right to your door or to the closest airport in your location.

A Safe and Simple Journey for Your Puppy

We want you to feel completely confident about your puppy’s journey home. After 13 years of experience, we’ve created a shipping process that is safe, straightforward, and stress-free for both you and your new companion.

How Your Puppy Travels

Your Miniature Pinscher will travel in an airline-approved crate on a direct flight to you. They fly in a special, temperature-controlled area of the plane that is quiet, dark, and reserved just for pets. This is the fastest and safest method, especially for longer distances.

We never leave anything to chance. Before the trip, we make sure your puppy is comfortable and familiar with their travel crate. We provide them with plenty of food and water for the journey, and we only book travel when the weather is safe and mild.

You’re In the Loop

Before your puppy leaves, we will send you all the details you need, including the flight number, arrival time, and a tracking number. When they arrive, you can choose to have your puppy delivered to your door or pick them up directly from the airport.

Our main goal is to make sure your puppy arrives healthy, happy, and ready to start their new life with you. We are always here to answer any questions you have throughout the entire process.

Nanny Shipping

We also provide the option for a direct delivery of your new puppy straight to you! Our trusted airline nannies will accompany your puppy on the flight, ensuring the safest and most stress-free experience possible. The puppy nanny will provide the necessary attention and care during the flight, reinforcing our commitment to quality care for your puppy.

Due Diligence

All puppies are shipped with ice water, bedding, and food as needed. While our shipping options may vary, we prefer using American, United, or Continental Airlines, as they are excellent with animals and utilise modern planes equipped with special compartments for pets of all kinds.

Health Certificate

A health certificate is required for all pets travelling by air, ensuring that only healthy pets share the flight. All airlines enforce this requirement.

Please be prepared to pick up your puppy at home or the airport at the scheduled time. Typically, your puppy will be ready for pickup about an hour after the flight arrives. Don’t forget to bring a valid ID, such as your driver’s license. We would love to hear that your puppy has arrived safely and is settling into your home, so please call or email us as soon as possible. And remember to take your puppy to the veterinarian for a health check within 7 to 14 days of arrival. We will follow up with you 24 hours after you receive your puppy to ensure everything is going well, answer any questions, and check your satisfaction.
